Entry Order Staff (Surabaya based)
Responsibilities:

Ensure that Sales and Sales Return converted properly.Monitoring the outstanding invoice / ticket by coordination with sales department & distribution.Monitoring Summary Route SettlementMaintain all treasury & customer service activities, including the ordering of goodsEntry order sales and stock allocation process by daily.Assures that all the invoice documents which are already signed by customer can be proceeded to system in punctual basis

Requirements:

Male / Female with age not more than 28 years oldHolding minimum Diploma Degree in EconomyHaving at least 2 years experience in related fieldExcellent skills in MS Office application (MS. Excel, MS. Word)Honest, Team Player and Hard Working personGood command in EnglishCurrently residing in East Java is preferable

Account Receivable Staff (Surabaya based)
Responsibilities:

Maintain all customer service & treasury activities, including the ordering of goodsEnsuring outstanding AR should be collected appropriate with due invoicesEnsuring all AR and collection have been recorded and reconcile properlyEnsuring internal control  have been done and appropriate with SOPEnsuring AR adjustment have been process properlyPrepare contra bill to sales

Requirements :

Male / Female with age not more than 28 yearsHolding minimum Bachelor Degree in EconomyHaving minimum 2 years experience in related fieldHaving excellent skills in MS Office application (MS. Excel, MS.Word)Honest, Team Player and Hard Working personCurrently residing in East Java is preferable
